Thewlis, Lloyd and Forshaw were all introduced and as the reds started pushing forward, inspired by the lively looking Thewlis, it looked like an equaliser was coming, but late on Wythenshaw countered a reds attack and man of the match Sam Sheridan smashed the ball into the top corner beyond Goodwin.
