Colne Football Club can confirm they have accepted an undisclosed offer for Dean Ing from Longridge FC.
Ing who has now agreed personal terms with the Preston side, arrived at the club from Squires Gate in November 21 and scored four goals in the final six league games of last season.
However following the arrival of new manager Phil Brown he has now been allowed to move on.
