Job Title: First Team Coach
Hours of Work: Tues Eve / Thurs Eve / Saturday Fixtures

Purpose of the role
Responsible for the delivery of the First Team coaching programme and for the development of individual players.
Core Responsibilities
Effectively plan, deliver and evaluate coaching sessions in line with the Manager's philosophy and the club's coaching programme.
Work closely with the backroom staff to produce and deliver detailed regular individual player progress sessions, and produce and implement individual player development plans for specific players highlighted by the Manager.
Manage the logistics for all training sessions and be responsible for maintenance of training equipment.
Undertake all reasonable tasks assigned by the first team manager including kit management of all players, including trialist players.
Continuously look to identify opportunities to improve operations and practises in the coaching department. Any other duties as required by the football club within the reasonable demands of the role.
Challenge the Manager on all technical and tactical aspects on a match day.

Ability to work as part of a team as well as using one’s own initiative, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate on a variety of levels.
Strong IT skills and a strong understanding of and commitment to entering and collecting data into the club’s analysis tools.
Able to adapt to the demands of the job and needs of the players and other staff.
Dedicated to self-improvement and continuous professional development.

Must have the ability to adapt quickly and work in an intense and professional environment.
Qualifications
UEFA B Licence (required).
UEFA A Licence (desirable).
Fully Licensed FA Coach committed to ongoing annual CPD to maintain licence.
CRC and FA Safeguarding Certificate.
Full clean driving licence is essential.
