Oli Roberts has been confirmed as Head Coach Nathan Rooney’s second signing of the summer.
Having spent the last 18 months at FC Trafford, captaining them during the curtailed 2020/21 season, Roberts said “I played under the Gaffer a few of years ago, so when the opportunity came again it was something I couldn’t turn down. The standards are high in training and I can’t wait to see all the fans as the games start”
Oli has signed on a one year deal with the Club, holding the option of a second. Rooney added “I’m delighted to have Oli on board. He has everything in his locker to complement our group and has fit in well since we returned to training. Once he’s fully up to speed with our ideas, I have no doubt he will become a crowd favourite.”
Fans got an early glimpse as Roberts was involved on Saturday against Burnley United.
