25 year old Rokka who joins on loan until the end of the season, began his career at Manchester United, before joining Macclesfield Town’s BTEC Academy.
A move to Radcliffe Borough followed, and after establishing himself in Radcliffe’s First Team, Elliot was named as the Club’s Young Player of the Season back in 2017 alongside a wealth of other awards.
It was that rich vein of form that saw Elliot secure a move to National League side, Tranmere Rovers.
Loan spells at Colwyn Bay, Warrington Town and Hyde United ensued, before Elliot signed for Atherton Collieries in March 2020.

Born in Nigeria, 21 year old Jesurun grew up in Italy playing for A C Milan youth teams during his formative years. He signed for Matlock during the summer of 2021 having previously played for Mossley and Stockport Town.
A natural wide man blessed with pace and an eye for goal, Uchegbulan has risen through the ranks in non-league football and should be an exciting addition to the Colne forward line.
Both Rokka and Uchegbulan will be eligible to face Warrington Rylands tonight – subject to Football Association and NPL ratification.
We would like to thank Atherton Collieries and Matlock Town for their help in completing these deals
Welcome to the Red Army.
